Responsabilidades:
- Cumprimentar e atender os clientes de maneira simpática e profissional.
- Excelente atendimento ao cliente e responder a quaisquer perguntas sobre a carta de vinhos.
- Limpeza e organização do bar.
- Tarefas de abertura e fecho, incluindo caixa.
- Inventário e encomenda de vinhos.
- Participar em degustações de vinhos e outros eventos relacionados.
- Representar o bar em eventos selecionados fora do horário comercial regular.
- Desenvolver conhecimento sobre vinhos portugueses e fornecer recomendações aos clientes.
Requisitos:
- Paixão por vinhos e interesse em vinhos portugueses especificamente.
- Boas relações interpessoais com a capacidade de comunicar efetivamente com os clientes.
- Fluente em inglês.
- Experiência anterior em atendimento ao cliente, preferencialmente em bar ou restaurante.
- Trabalho em horários flexíveis, incluindo noites e finais de semana, bem como em eventos selecionados fora do horário comercial regular.
- Capaz de ficar em pé por períodos prolongados e levantar até 20 kilos.
- Deve ter pelo menos 21 anos de idade.

We are a popular wine bar located in the heart of the Cascais, specialising in Portuguese wines and providing a welcoming environment for our customers to enjoy a variety of wine offerings. We are currently seeking a friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable *Wine Bar Associate* to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Providing excellent customer service and answering any questions about the wine menu.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the wine bar.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties, including cash handling.
- Assisting with wine inventory and ordering.
- Participating in wine tastings and other wine-related events.
- Representing the wine bar at selected events outside of regular business hours.
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of Portuguese wines and providing recommendations to customers.
Requirements:
- A passion for wine and interest in Portuguese wines specifically.
- -Strong people skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Fluent in English.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a wine bar or restaurant.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as well as at selected events outside of regular business hours.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 kilos.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
